11 Arrested at Bar Where Fatal Hit-And-Run Occurred: Police
In addition, the State Liquor Authority and fire marshal issued a combined 40 summonses, police say.

LINDENHURST, NY - A total of 11 people were arrested and 40 summonses were issued this past weekend at a Lindenhurst bar -- the same establishment where a fatal hit-and-run occurred in the parking lot last month, according to Suffolk Police.
On Saturday, officers conducted a State Liquor Authority inspection at the Brewhaus Pub at 111 North Wellwood Ave. at 12:03 a.m.

Two women and nine men were arrested:
- Carmella Saccente, 42, of Lindenhurst was charged with two counts of ABC law disorderly premise
- Adam Taffner, 33, of Lindenhurst was charged with two counts of ABC law disorderly premise
- Tara Pearson, 35, of Central Islip was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, for serving alcohol to an underage undercover police agent
- Marcus Henderson, 31, of West Babylon was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and for acting as an unlicensed security guard,
- Michael McConville, 30, of Lindenhurst was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana
- James Schneider, 22, of Amityville was charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Reuben Marquez, 51, of Copiague was charged with criminal possession of a weapon
- Joshua Monlouis, 20, of Copiague was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana
- Christopher Lamonica, 28, of Copiague was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Derek Korzeniowski, 36, of Lindenhurst was charged with false personation
In addition, Saccente was issued a combined 40 summonses by the Suffolk County Police, the State Liquor Authority and the Lindenhurst fire Mmarshal, police said.

Henderson was arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Central Islip. All others were released on bail and will be arraigned at a later date.
On March 23, Shatik Canady got into a fight with 28-year-old Kawon Williams, of Wyandanch in the parking lot of the bar and fatally struck Williams with his car before fleeing the scene, police said.
