4 Lindenhurst Residents Arrested on Heroin Charges
Local residents caught with 95 glassines of heroin in a CVS parking lot, police say.

Four Lindenhurst residents were arrested Thursday night on drug charges in a CVS parking lot in Levittown, Nassau Police said.
According to police, officers were conducting an investigation at 2977 Hempstead Turnpike when they approached a 2004 Honda Accord operated by 22-year-old Thomas Moscarella.
The officers observed a clear plastic bag on the front passenger floor of the car that contained 95 glassines of heroin, police said.

Moscarella, of Newark Street, was arrested along with the three occupants of the car:
- Anthony Guerra, 23, of S. 2nd Street
- Nicole Norelius, 23, of the Pines Motor Lodge on Route 109
- Jason Norelius, 18, of the Pines Motor Lodge on Route 109
All four people arrested face one count of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Guerra is also charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. They will be arraigned on Friday in Nassau’s First District Court in Hempstead.
