6 Women Charged With Felonies After Massage Parlor Raids
BREAKING: Suffolk County Police made the arrests over the last two days. Two of the massage parlors are close to schools.

Six Queens women were arrested during massage parlor raids in Suffolk County over the past two days, Suffolk Police said Tuesday night.
Due to community complaints in the area, First Precinct Crime Section officers, Homeland Security and the Town of Babylon Task Force conducted a two-day investigation into illegal activities at several massage parlors, police said.
The massage parlors targeted were Apple Tree Spa located at 1265 C Montauk Highway in Copiague, Serenity Day Spa located at 748 Wellwood Ave. in North Lindenhurst and Health Spa located at 761 Deer Park Ave. in North Babylon.

Serenity Day Spa and Health Spa are both located across the street from elementary schools.
The following women were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, a Class E felony under New York State Education Law:

- Zhou Li, 47, of Flushing
- Qun Wang, 38, of Flushing
- Fang Li, 44, of Flushing
- Zhang Qian, 53, of Flushing
- Xin Xian Yang, 47, of Flushing
- Jin Jin Li, 37, of Flushing
The Town of Babylon Task Force condemned each massage parlor and issued numerous summonses for multiple violations to the tenants and the landlords of the respective locations, police said.
The investigation is continuing. The women arrested were given desk appearance tickets and will be arraigned at a later date.
Also on Tuesday, a Long Island woman and her mother were arrested for allegedly running two separate sex trafficking enterprises disguised as massage parlors. Read that story here.
