8 Week Female Self Defense Course

YOUR SURVIVAL BEGINS & ENDS WITH YOU!

We'll teach you what to do in the event that you ever get attacked; learn where to hit, how to hit, how to get out of a grab or hold, and even what to do if you end up on the ground! In addition you'll gain a much better understanding of why people attack others, what methods they use to pick their target, and what they are thinking while they do it because in the event of a confrontation, knowledge is power and knowing your attackers thoughts could very well save your life!

Open to all women 16 and older.

While this is a very hands-on course, you do not need to meet any fitness standards, and no disability or physical limitation is excluded. No matter who you are and what you are, you could still be a target! We teahc self defense for the real world and that means it needs to meet the reality of YOUR world.  Knowing how to fight with what you DO have is key to winning!, and we'll help you discover exactly what that is!

$195* with advance registration, $225 when you pay at the door with a $50 deposit due on registration.
