Arrest Report: Hypodermic Instrument, Menacing

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

• A Lindenhurst man was arrested in Lindenhurst on Jan. 12 on a charge of menacing.  
• A Bay Shore woman was arrested in Lindenhurst on Jan. 7 on a charge of possession of a hypodermic instrument. 
  
• Benju Diskin, of Amityville, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Jan. 7 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell.  
  
• Richard J. Bruckner III, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in North Babylon on Jan. 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
