Car Stolen From Lindenhurst 7-Eleven On New Year's Eve
The owner of the car says she saw it again on New Year's Day at a local gas station. The person who stole the vehicle is still at large.
LINDENHURST, NY - A woman is searching for her car which was stolen in front of a Lindenhurst 7-Eleven on New Year's Eve. Suffolk Police confirmed the 2017 Mazda left running in front of the convenience store on 251 Montauk Highway on Dec. 31 at 3:45 p.m.
The owner of the car, Stefanie Brillante, is hoping to have her car returned to her. She said the car was stolen while she entered the store for five minutes.
The black car has a white French bulldog sticker on the back and Brillante said the driver was a man in his late 50's. She saw the car again on New Year's Day at around 9 a.m. at the USA gas station on 641 Wellwood Avenue in Lindenhurst.
