Councilman Donnelly Congratulates Arrow of Light Recipients at Cub Scout Ceremony

Town of Babylon Councilman Tom Donnelly recently congratulated a group of young scouts for receiving their Arrow of Light awards at the Blue and Gold Dinner for Cub Scout Pack 60 of Lindenhurst. The Arrow of Light award is the highest honor available to Cub Scouts and represents the first step in the transition to becoming a Boy Scout. In order to obtain an Arrow of Light award, a Cub Scout must earn a variety of activity badges, meet several skill requirements, observe a Boy Scout meeting and activity, and learn the Scout Promise and Scout Law.
