Daniel Street Pre-k Registration

Registration for the 2014-2015 Daniel Street Pre-K will be held at Daniel Street School on Tuesday, June 17 from 9:30-11:00 am in the AP room. Only children that reside in the Daniel Street School district and will be attending kindergarten in the fall of 2015 at Daniel Street can register. Children must turn 4 years old by December 1, 2014. Classes meet once per week on either Tuesday or Thursday from 9:15-11:00am. This program is run by Daniel Street PTA Parent volunteers and is a wonderful way for your child to become familiar with the school. To register please bring the following: a one time $40 fee payable cash or check to Daniel Street PTA, proof of residence ( LIPA, tax, or utility bill), original birth certificate with a raised seal, child's immunization record, and parent or guardian drivers license.
