Early Morning Fire Breaks Out At 24 Hour Deli In Amityville

NORTH AMITYVILLE, NY - A fire broke out at a 24-hour Amityville deli Tuesday morning.

The Amityville Fire Department responded to Bougatfa 1 on the corner of Route 110 and Hatcher Court at about 5 a.m.

Firefighters found heavy smoke condition in the deli before finding a small fire in the back of the store and extinguishing the flames.

Members of the East Farmingdale Fire Department also provided assistance.

No injuries were reported.

The blaze was put out by 6:30 a.m.
