FREE Rape Prevention Class for Women

Learn to protect and defend yourself against a sexually motivated attack!

We’ve been offering this class as a community service for over 20 years and
we’ve trained thousands of women how to protect and defend themselves from these vicious crimes; now it’s your turn!


Open to ALL women 12 and older.

While this is a very hands-on class, there are no prerequisites with regard
to health or physical ability. Whatever your fitness level, whatever
your size, whatever your limitations we will teach you how to use what
you have! We teach self defense for the real world, that means that
every technique can be modified to meet your exact needs.

Advance registration is required, early registration is recommended.
While this class is FREE, a $25 deposit is required to hold your place, it
will be returned to you in it’s original form the night of the event.
