We'll teach you where and how to hit, how to block a throw from an
attacker, how to get away from a someone who is grabbing, pulling, or
holding you, and even what to do if you end up on the ground! You'll
also learn how to recognize an unsafe situation, and take action to
avoid a potential attack.
We've trained thousands of women how to protect and defend themselves against a violent sexual attacker, now it's YOUR TURN!
Open to all women 12 and older. Sorry no men or children permitted in the building during this class.
