South of Montauk Highway are still in the “Rebuilding” mode and with such, community areas such as Shore Road Park are somewhat neglected. This Park was a Major Hub for services by multiple organizations in the aftermath of Sandy. Our plan for the Grant would be to rebuild the Playground and surrounding area with a special emphasis on community pride and rescue efforts.
