Lindenhurst H.S. Celebrates Opening of New Cosmetology Classroom

Lindenhurst High School celebrated the grand opening of its new cosmetology classroom on September 25. The suite is fully equipped with all the tools necessary for students to gain hands-on experience in hair, makeup, nails, and skincare, under the guidance of experienced instructor Jaclyn Coscia.

This new classroom is part of Lindenhurst High School’s ongoing efforts to expand in-house, career training opportunities for students. The school already offers trade programs in construction, architecture, cyber security, computer programming, business, commercial culinary arts, and auto repair. With the growing popularity and demand for skills in the cosmetology field, this new classroom represents the latest addition to the school’s career training options, ensuring students have diverse pathways to success after graduation.
