Lindenhurst Interact Club Car Wash

The Lindenhurst Interact Club will be hosting its annual fundraiser car wash on Saturday, May 21st, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at the Lindenhurst Middle School (South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst). The car wash only costs $5 for cars and $10 for trucks and SUVs. All proceeds will be donated to the Haiti Water Project which aims to provide clean, safe water for communities in Haiti. Interact Club chose to help this organization because one of the greatest needs in Haiti is water, and as much as 60 percent of the population does not have access to clean water. Attending this car wash will not only give your car a spring cleaning, but will also support a meaningful international cause. The Interact Club is a community service organization under the supervision of Rotary International. It is comprised of teens ages 12-18 that are passionate about making a difference in the community by participating in a multitude of events and fundraisers.
