Lindenhurst Man Tried to Rob West Islip Bar: Police
The 24-year-old was armed with BB gun, police say.
A 24-year-old Lindehurst man was arrested after he tried to rob a West Islip bar Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Robert White entered Uncle Charlie’s Sports Bar located at 401 Sunrise Highway at 12:26 p.m. armed with a BB gun, police said.
White intended to rob the bar but did not receive any proceeds, police said.
