From Lindenhurst Public Schools: Lindenhurst Middle School students were honored during the recent April Breakfast for Champions celebration coordinated by middle school educator Kathy Curran.

Held at the Lindencrest Diner, the breakfast, now in its 20th year, identifies students who exemplify Lindy Pride at the middle school. Students are nominated by teachers for a variety of reasons and are recognized publically in front of proud parents, teachers and peers.

With proud parents and teachers looking on, students received their certificates of merit from Principal Frank Naccarato who told them how they each have a tremendous amount of power.
