Modern Warrior Self Defense School has been teaching a FREE Rape Prevention Class for women for over 26
years! Over the course of this time, they've trained thousands of women how to protect & defend
themselves against sexually driven predators.

Over the duration of 4 hours, participants learn how to block hits,
how to break out of a hold, pull, or grab, how and where to hit (and why
those are the best targets for maximum efficiency & and stopping
power!!) and even what to do if they should ever end up on the ground.
The beginning portion of this class focuses on New York Sate Self
Defense Laws as they relate to defending yourself from violent crimes,
and what to expect after the confrontation.
