Modern Warrior Self Defense School has been teaching this class for over 26 years and we’ve trained thousands of women how to protect & defend themselves against sexually driven predators; now it’s your turn!

Learn how to block hits, break out of a hold, pull, or grab, how and where to hit (and why those are the best targets for maximum efficiency and stopping power!!) and even what to do if you end up on the ground. In addition, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about NYS laws as they relate to these violent crimes and self defense.
