Lindy Boys Youth Lacrosse. Last Call!

With the spring season upon us, we are looking to increase our numbers for the seventh grade team. We are looking for new or seasoned player to compliment those who have already signed up. Lacrosse is a good cross over sport for hockey, soccer and basketball players. Althought the field and equipment are different, game basics are very similiar such as defensive and offensive positioning and foot work. The town youth program is a great way to build skills and get in shape for those that desire to play on the LMS school team. While the school team doesn't start until next month, our season has already begun and is working hand in hand with the school program with respect to coaching philosophies and to eliminate conflicts. In fact almost the entire town team will also be playing school ball. Most practices ( Tues & Fri eves) and home games (Sundays) are being held on the turf field at Venetian Phore Park and we have some limited donated equipment available for those interested.
