Long Island Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To 12-Year-Old Girl: Police

A 51-year-old man was arrested Wednesday for exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl on Long Island earlier this month, police said. Narciso Chavez, of Amityville, is charged with first degree with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, according to Suffolk Police.

A 12-year-old girl was walking on Bayview Avenue near Sunrise Highway in Copiague when Chavez exposed himself in a lewd manner around noon on July 3, police said.

Chavez will be held at the First Precinct overnight and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
