Man Crashes Car While Fleeing Cops In Copiague: Police
The man has not yet been arrested. Following the crash he fled on foot.

COPIAGUE, NY - A man crashed his car while fleeing police in Copiague on Wednesday night, according to Suffolk Police.
The man was driving a 2013 Honda Sedan northbound on Great Neck Road at 8:40 p.m. when officers attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation, police said.
The driver sped away from the officers.

He lost control of the car on the Sunrise Highway overpass, crossed the divider and struck a 2013 Toyota Sedan that was travelling southbound.
The woman driving the Toyota was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Honda fled the scene on foot.
The investigation is continuing.
