Man Shot Multiple Times Outside Amityville Bar
BREAKING: It happened early Monday morning, police say.

AMITYVILLE, NY – A man was seriously injured after being shot multiple times outside an Amityville bar early Monday, police said.
According to Suffolk Police, a 32-year-old Coram man was shot during a fight in the parking lot of Escape Lounge located at 530 Broadway at 2:23 a.m.
The man was taken to Southside Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. No arrests have been made.

Escape Lounge opened last summer. When Amityville officials approved a cabaret license for Escape, Newsday reported that village trustee Nick LaLota told the lounge's owners: “We want you to succeed, we want you to be prosperous. But if it doesn’t go down that road, that relationship will quickly turn.”
