Meeting To Discuss Proposed Senior Condos To Be Held Wednesday

LINDENHURST, NY - A community meeting to discuss a senior living facility in Lindenhurst will be held on Wednesday night. The meeting will be held at the Gail Grace Manor East on 598 Washington Avenue in the Clubhouse starting at 7 p.m.
During the meeting, Giannini Properties LLC will be presenting their proposed project on 502 South Wellwood Avenue. The company is applying to rezone the area to senior citizens multi-residence.
The proposed condo development will have 14 one-bedroom apartments.
