Mixing Fun and Friendship at Lindenhurst Middle School

On Wednesday, Sept. 17, the Lindenhurst Middle School student council sponsored the first ever sixth-grade mixer.

Students were invited to the cafeteria to participate in games, such as “character BINGO” in which students had to identify other students who demonstrated the characteristic listed on the game board so as to encourage conversations and foster relationships.

“You all came here from different elementary schools,” said Assistant Principal Leonard DiBiase. “Now you are all here together to demonstrate your Middle School Lindy Pride!”
