"We have been doing really good, the community has been embracing our business," she said. "It's great to see everybody coming over and enjoying the place and how much they are happy to have us over here."

Several treats are also available including sweets, loaves and cookies and other grab-and-go items like sandwiches and wraps.
However, Bopp is looking forward to more once she can get a crew "perfectly established." She has been helping out behind the counter, serving up the customers alongside her staff she is training.
She hopes to host a grand opening later this month.
She also plans to add a lot more to the menu including smoothies, juices, acai bowls and cold brew. There will also be live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bopp is also looking forward to increasing the store hours.
Right now the coffee shop is open 6 a.m. during the week and around 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. on weekends.
The store is closed 4 p.m. everyday.
However, she will soon she will be open for more hours and will be adding "more fun to the day by day."
It seems she is not the only one excited for the opening. After just two weeks in business, Muni's already has several loyal customers.
"A lot of people already know the store and I know their name and their orders and they are very very very happy," Bopp said. "It's making me very happy to see other people embracing and be happy with me along the way."
All of the excitement is due to social media. Muni's Facebook page, which already has nearly 1,500 likes, has been keeping the community updated with regular posts sharing the whole process of opening the business.
"[Residents] have been following my process and that's what I really want be a part of the process," Bopp said. "I started reading the comments and all the beautiful notes that people are leaving for me and I was actually in tears reading all of that."
Muni's has people lined up outside the door, and has garnering several good reviews on the website.
"I just really hope people keep coming back and tell me when things are not good so we can keep improving, we don't want to fail we want to keep going with the community and keep growing with Lindenhurst," Bopp said.
She also leaves one last message for members of the community: "drink coffee!"
