Oct. 3-Suffolk Arrest Report

A look at some recent arrests in the area.

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

  • Nicole Vouchik, 27, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 28 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Kumail Abbas, 26, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 26 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of marijuana.
  • Robert Callaway, 48, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 24 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt.
  • David Gallagher, 28, of Nesconset, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 29 on a charge of aggravated DWI.
  • Kimberly Caporaso, 21, of Holbrook, was arrested in Holbrook on Sept. 27 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Nicholas Lacagnina, 25, of Farmingville, was arrested in Blue Point on Sept. 27 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Keith Agard, 20, of Farmingville, was arrested in Farmingville on Sept. 26 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of stolen property.
  • Marian Benitez, 22, of Massapequa, was arrested in West Babylon on Oct. 1 on two counts of second degree burglary.
  • John Aleszczyk, 33, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Babylon on Oct. 1 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt.
  • Dukens Ulysse, 20, of West Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Oct. 1 on charges of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third degree criminal possession of a weapon.
  • Anthony Javitz, 48, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Sept. 30 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Andres Batistatejada, 48, of Copiague, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Sept. 29 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Keith Smith, 24, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon on Sept. 27 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Stephen Heffernan, 49, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Babylon on Sept. 26 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years.
  • George Ohanlon III, 28, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Babylon on Sept. 26 on two counts of fourth degree grand larceny.
  • Tanya Peterson, 46, of Rosedale, was arrested in Melville on Sept. 27 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Ayan Dahir, 30, of Muttontown, was arrested in West Islip on Sept. 26 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years.
  • Millie Lazoberenguel, 25, of LIndenhurst, was arrested in Brentwood on Sept. 26 on a charge of DWI.

  • Michael Melendez, 31, of Central Islip, was arrested in Commack on Oct. 1 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Yodermy Ramirez, 35, of Port Jeff Station, was arrested in Hauppauge on Oct. 1 on a charge of fourth degree insurance fraud.
  • Brendan Ryan, 44, of Dix Hills, was arrested in Commack on Sept. 30 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years.
  • Matthew Sevier, 22, of Hauppauge, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 28 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
  • Jon Laxton, 51, of Central Islip, was arrested in Hauppauge on Sept. 26 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Laura Blasberg, 42, of Stony Brook, was arrested in Smithtown on Sept. 25 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • William Hurley, 28, of Farmingdale, was arrested in Holbrook on Sept. 30 on a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs-prior conviction in past 10 years.
  • Frank Grippo, 61, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 28 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  • Beth Bracco, 47, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 27 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
  • Thomas Gress, 33, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested in Port Jeff Station on Sept. 29 on a charge of aggravated DWI.
  • Samuel Schwartz, 25, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested in Mt. Sinai on Sept. 25 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
