Plowing

I just watched two pickup trucks come down our dead end... did a good job... but they did not have town symbols on them. A white and a black truck... is the town contracting out its snow removal in certain parts now? Because every year they always do a horrible job on the dead end, this is 2 out of 3 time this year I've seen these trucks and they've done a great job, plowing both sides of our little street, giving us plenty of room to park...
