Police Seek Public's Help to Find Man Who Broke Into Amityville Restaurant

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who burglarized an Amityville restaurant in December.

According to police, the man pictured above broke the front glass door of Brooklyn Fish and Chip, located at 524 Broadway, entered and stole cash from the restaurant on Dec. 22 around 4:30 a.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
