Teen Hospitalized For Alcohol Consumption After House Party: PD
The 22-year-old resident of the home where the party was held was arrested for violating the social host law, police say.

NORTH LINDENHURST, NY - A 22-year-old man was arrested after hosting a party at his home where a 15-year-old boy became sick from alcohol consumption in North Lindenhurst on Saturday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Officers responded to a 911 complaint of excessive noise and possible underage drinking at the Fourth Street at 10:22 p.m., police said.
When officers arrived, several teenagers were seen running from the house and officers found the highly intoxicated 15-year-old male inside, police said.

The teen was transported by North Lindenhurst Rescue ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment.
Officers then charged Rocky Salsitta with violating the social host law, police said.

Salsitta was issued a field appearance ticket and released, police said.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on November 19.
