THE NUTTY IRISHMAN OF BAYSHORE TO HOST COTA FUNDRAISER FOR 5 YEAR OLD BOY WHO RECEIVED MULTIVISCERAL TRANSPLANT SURGERY
(Bayshore, NY) On Saturday May 10th, The Nutty Irishman in Bay Shore will host a COTA fundraiser in honor of Anthony L. of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Anthony received Multivisceral Transplant Surgery on September 25, 2013 and is still recovering at Duke University Medical Center. The fundraiser runs from 5:00pm-9:00pm and includes live music and good cheer at their location in Bay Shore.
The event is being held in coordination with the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Anthony L., a 5 year old boy who was diagnosed with Chronic Intestinal Pseudo Obstruction (CIPO) at the early age of 3 weeks old. Proceeds will go to COTA in honor of Anthony L. to help with transplant related expenses. Tickets include food and bar. Live music will be provided by Peat Moss & The Fertilizers, and The Decoys.
