Over 200 players from Long Island tried out and two players are from Lindenhurst made it into the Nassau County Executive Cup College Showcase.
Practices for the past 6 weeks led to the college showcase tournament played at Cantiague Park in Hicksville on July 19, 2014.
The game that advanced them to the finals was pretty intense ending in a tie and going to penalty kicks. Mario Licari took the 1st pk for the team and scored. Angel Reyes took the last pl and scored advancing to the Finals.
In the Final Angel Reyes assisted two goals to win the Championship Game 3-1.
