Vacant Copiague Home Destroyed In Early Morning Blaze

COPIAGUE, NY - A vacant Copiague was destroyed in a fire on Thursday morning.

Suffolk police received a call for a fire on 171-17 Ferraris Street at 4 a.m.

The Copiague Fire Department and the Amityville Fire Department responded.

It took about an hour and a half for firefighters to put out the blaze.

No serious injuries were reported. It is unknown if the fire was started intentionally.
