why we need a dead end

have been to village meetings asked board members to come and visit the hell my neighbors and myself have to deal with even on sundays now we have a new problem an industrial bakery moving in without permits variances was told they were not allowed to do that so they work on the building on the weekend when village officials  are not working garbage left in front of building ive gotten a notice when I put my garbage cans out a day early cars parked the wrong way cant even drive down the block during the week but we cant have a dead end I beg village officials to please evaluate this situation it is unbearable to live hear like this
