• Livingston Manor awarded $4.5M through NY Forward (scdemocratonline.com) — Livingston Manor has just been awarded $4.5 million through New York State’s NY Forward program to upgrade downtown housing, infrastructure, public spaces, walkability, and arts. Local leaders are already planning projects, including a proposed Catskill Art Space sculpture garden along Willowemoc Creek that would expand public art and enhance Main Street for residents and visitors.
