Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer(R)

Help us help the men in your life!

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 6th annual Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer® (5k and 10K) on Sunday, November 16th at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park. It’s a heartfelt community event for all, with refreshments, an informative health exhibit and free prostate cancer (PSA) screenings on-site. This 5K / 10K Run/Walk begins at 9:30 a.m. and is an official Greater Long Island Running Club (GLIRC) race
About Us: Integrated Medical Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization committed to improving the lives of those affected by a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Our annual 5K run/walks help raise awareness and crucial funding for prostate cancer education, patient support groups and early detection screening programs. 100% of the money we raise stays right here on Long Island and the NY metro area, and all of our programs are offered at no charge to the community. Prostate Cancer continues to affect 1 in 6 men in their lifetime. Over 240,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer this year, and more than 28,000 will die from the disease. We need your help to raise awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of early detection.
We encourage participants to help raise awareness by creating an individual or team fundraising page, or supporting us directly with a small donation on our Active Giving site: http://www.active.com/donate/BlueRibbonRun2014
Please Join Us on November 16th! Call (516) 349-7646 or visit us at www.imfcares.org
Thank You for Your Support!
