City Of Long Beach: Turkey Trot Registration Underway

The City of Long Beach Department of Parks & Recreation will hold its 16th Annual City Council Turkey Trot on Sunday, November 21, 2021. There will be two races; a one mile race for children ages 17 & under and a 10K (6.2 miles) Race for all ages. The one mile race begins at 8:30 am and the 10K at 9:00 am, both start and finish on New York Avenue and the boardwalk.

The 10K Race early registration fee is $30 before November 20 at 3:00 pm, $35 the day of the race. The one mile race fee is $5 before race day and $10 day of race. All registrants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt.

Day of race registration and tshirt and number pick-up begins at 6:30am at Long Beach Catholic Regional School gymnasium located at 735 West Broadway. Please bring a non-perishable food item for those in need.

Awards will be presented to the first overall finishers and first Long Beach male and female finishers in the 10K. Awards will also be given to the top three male and female finishers in the one-mile race and the top four male and female finishers in the 10K in each age category. In addition, turkeys will be awarded to the top finishers!
