Congress, Shove Your "Happy Mother's Day!"
Do you love our beach life so much that you can always put other life aspects aside? Maybe you shouldn't. It's about priorities, you see.

If you follow my posts long enough you see a theme of finding bliss on our shore, our boardwalk, even the streets of our city by the sea.
But sometimes I become so overwhelmed with sympathy, empathy—even sickness, that I can’t let the “other aspects" of American life pass without notice.
Mother’s Day is upon us, and we all like to honor or remember our moms. That’s a fantastic tradition, Dad’s Day too.

But this Mother’s Day I needed to take a closer look at American moms and what they endure in anxieties, worries—sickening fears. And what too many of these moms have had to endure when these fears become reality.
I think many of you will have different thoughts than mine on Mother's Day that I write about here, but I’m hoping more of you will agree with me that it’s time for a change, a really important change.
