The outdoor sunset bootcamp is free to all, but an RSVP is a must.
My regular Saturday 8:00 am and 9:00 am groups are doing amazing. Both groups are full and we finish up this session on July 16. Next Sessions to start on Saturday, August 6 and run for 7 weeks. Contact me if interested, as they fill up fast and space is very limited.

The Sunset Beach workout will be totally awesome and what living in Long Beach is really about - beach, friends and refreshments. Make sure to bring a mat, some water and a chair to hang out afterwards and listen to the reggae music on Neptune Beach Concert.
