The Long Beach Library will be holding the summer reading special kickoff event for all children, tweens and teens on Jun. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Join them for an evening filled with fun, plus caricaturist Joe Vissichelli will be on hand to "draw kids into reading."
