WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

FACTS:
1. The court system does not dispense justice. (Example: A  murderer kills your mother but is released for failure to give a Miranda warning.)  
2. The court system takes substantial time before a final decision is reached.
3. Anything government does, it does poorly.  (i.e. Obamacare)

HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION:
You take your daughter to a hospital for medical treatment at the recommendation of your doctor who is a specialist and has been treating your child for 3 years.   The hospital refuses to return your daughter.  The psychiatry department makes an instant analysis.  The State is awarded permanent custody of your daughter.  A judge issues an unconstitutional gag order.  Your daughter's health is deteriorating. Hundreds of children have died as wards of the state.   Your daughter may DIE if you do not get her back promptly .    Do you continue to proceed through the courts or would you take matters into your own hands?
