LONG BEACH, NY — Many homes and businesses in Long Beach are ready to celebrate Halloween by participating in the new tradition-- a decorating contest.

Voting takes place on Sat. Oct. 30 for the spookiest scenes.

Residents and visitors are invited to view each location.

A digital map shows each address taking part in this year's holiday "treat." There are more than 30 homes or businesses joining the fun, including Tipsy Scoop on West Beech Street and Nagahama on East Park Avenue.
