What does this mean?
JP: LEI is up a little; 3rd Year of 2nd presidential term is probably very bullish, S & P and MSCI EAFE trend appears to be is up; larger deficit & higher taxes is probably bullish; war is probably eventually bullish, I think; P/E probably irrelevant; and lastly, I flipped my bull/bear coin and it was a bull. But (an adversative correlative, i.e., forget everything before the "but"), maybe purchasing rental residential real estate is a better deal. Low interest rates & no doc loans coming. Maybe go long residential & short shopping centers, with a long term SPY put. HELP!
