WHO: The Long Island Housing Partnership, Inc. (LIHP) and the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) will be sponsoring a workshop “What We All Need to Know About Fair Housing.”

WHAT: The workshop will address a multitude of fair housing issues for builders and developers, home buyers and renters, realtors, lenders and banks, towns, property managers and landlords. Guest speakers will include: Honorable Waylyn Hobbs, Deputy Mayor, Village of Hempstead; Honorable DuWayne Gregory, Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer; Barbara Ford, Esq., Chairperson of the NYS Association of REALTORS, representatives from the Suffolk County Human Rights Commission, LIHP, LIBOR, MLSLI, the Urban League of Long Island as well as fair housing professionals.
