Long Beach Beachgoers Save Drowning Swimmer
The good Samaritans pulled the distressed swimmer out of the water, and first responders came to make sure they were OK.

Long Beach first responders saved a swimmer in distress Sunday evening.
According to the Long Beach Professional Fire Fighters, the person was swimming off Neptune Boulevard a little after 6 p.m., when lifeguards were no longer on duty. People who were on the beach helped pull the person from the water.
Members of the fire department, police department and beach patrol responded to aid the person.
