Long Beach Hosts Veterans Day Commemoration

LONG BEACH, NY — The city of Long Beach is inviting residents to participate in a Veterans Day event.
The Joint Veterans Organization is holding the annual Veterans Day Commemoration Ceremony.
It is scheduled for Thurs., Nov. 11 at Long Beach City Hall on the sixth floor.

The ceremony allows the community "to publicly thank the many veterans who have bravely served our country," the city of Long Beach posted on its website.
All are invited to the 10:30 a.m. event
