Long Beach Police Report: Four Accused of DWI

Long Beach Police reported the following arrests for the week of June 27:

• Kim L. Skinner, 51, of Brooklyn was arrested on July 3 on W. Park Avenue and charged with a DWI.
• Mitchell Warren Dittmar, 27, of Farmingdale was arrested on July 3 on Long Beach Boulevard and E. Pine Street on a DWI charge.
• Giselle A. Grant, 23, of Westbury was arrested on July 3 on E. Broadway for DWI, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Julia E. Murphy, 20, of Long Beach was arrested on July 3 on Grand Boulevard for DWI and aggravated DWI.
• Nharon T. Hicks, 27, of Long Beach was arrested on July 4 on E. Pine Street and charged with an active NYS parole warrant.
• Kevin Andrew Donnely, 21, of Levittown was arrested on July 4 on E. Chester Street and Kirkwood Street for DWAI by alcohol.
