Long Beach Police Report: Man Accused of Assault

Long Beach Police reported the following arrests for the week of July 4:

• Jake Ambrosia, 20, of Island Park was arrested on July 5 on E. Pine Street and Monroe Boulevard for assault with intent to cause physical injury.
• Steven R. Minchella, 24, of Massapequa was arrested on July 5 on W. Beech Street and charged with an active Long Beach City Court warrant.
• Isaiah J. Dokes, 21, of Elmont was arrested on July 10 on E. Pine Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• Gerard Schiano-Strain, 42, of Brooklyn was arrested on July 11 on E. Rochester Avenue for DWI and aggravated DWI.
