Long Beach Police Report: Woman Accused of Driving While on Drugs

Long Beach Police reported the following arrests for the week of May 2:

• Linda Epstein, 68, of Long Beach was arrested on May 3 on W. Beech Street and charged with driving while impaired by drugs.

• Hermel P. Connelly, 25, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on E. Pine Street and charged with an active Long Beach City Court arrest warrant.

• Sean M. Watts, 27, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on Birch Court and charged with an active Long Beach City Court bench warrant.

• Robert G. Moore, 53, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on Wyoming Avenue and charged with an active Long Beach City Court arrest warrant.

• Skylar J. Kahan, 22, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on E. Walnut Street and was charged with an active Long Beach City Court arrest warrant.

• Victor Robleto, 33, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on W. Park Avenue and charged with two active Long Beach City Court bench warrants.

• Jesse Kahan, 22, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on E. Walnut Street and charged with an active Long Beach City Court arrest warrant.

• Jumaille A. Woodruff, 27, of Long Beach was arrested on May 4 on E. Pine Street and charged with an active Long Beach City Court probation warrant.
