Unfortunely many people suffered due to hurricane sandy and in our experience most businesses were extremely accommodating and understanding except for MALIBU BEACH CAMP!!!!!! We like many others in long beach lost so much and some were able to return and others had to say goodbye to a wonderful place. We unfortunately had to say goodbye and we had already put a deposit for Malibu beach camp at the end if last summer for the upcoming 2013 camp season. Since we are not returning and now reside no where near long beach we are not sending our child there this summer. After several phone calls, someone finally returned our call about receiving our deposit back. Although when we gave the money last summer we were told it was non-refundable we hoping they would be compassionate and understanding considering the extenuating circumstances. To our surprise they were just the opposite. They are refusing to give our money back which we find to be disgusting and immoral.
