Nassau Police: 11 DWIs Reported Last Week
Several incidents reported near Long Beach, cops said.
Nassau County Police reported the following information. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- May 1: Gerson Delcid, 26, of Roslyn, charged at Westbury Avenue and Glen Cove Road in Carle Place.
- May 2: Jennifer Reed, 33, of West Hempstead, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- May 2: Miguel Gonzales, 29, of Astoria, charged on Merrick Avenue in East Meadow.
- May 2: Hector Galeano Vargas, 27, of Hempstead, charged on Stewart Avenue in East Garden City.
- May 2: Jesus Torres, 28, of Long Beach, charged at Austin Boulevard and Railroad Place in North Long Beach.
- May 2: Gabriel Diaz, 31, of Brentwood, charged on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh.
- May 3: Juan Pena, 34, of Oceanside, charged on Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway.
- May 3: Elena Tafler, 52, of Oceanside, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale.
- May 3: Damien Cleare, 36, of Roosevelt, charged on I-495 in East Hills.
- May 6: Nicole Sweet, 19, of Massapequa, charged at Broadway and Michigan Avenue in Massapequa.
